  2. The 30-minute call. Minutes 0 to 3, you name the one business outcome that would change your year: more commercial garage door jobs, fewer $79 lockouts and more $400 rekeys, three HVAC installs a week instead of one. Then a live screen-share through site issues, the competitor gap, and your AI visibility. A hard question lands early: what will you do at month three if traffic is up but the phone isn't ringing?
  3. Written findings. Within 48 hours you get a one-page summary with the two or three highest-impact fixes in order. Yours to keep, hire me or not.

What you need ready before we talk

  2. Your Google Business Profile link. Open Google Maps, search your business, copy the URL.
  3. The three competitors who outrank you. Google your main service plus your city. Top three local businesses, not directories.
  4. Your top three services ranked by profit, not volume. The plumber booking 40 drain cleanings at $129 and four sewer replacements at $4,200 should rank sewer line replacement first.
  5. The one outcome that would make 2026 a good year. "Three commercial garage door jobs a month" is specific. "More leads" is not.
